Sir — It’s encouraging that after demonetisation, the Union Government has imposed a limit on gold holdings. The limit seems to be moderate. Next, there should be some restrictions on real estate too. The poor and the middle class is finding it difficult to buy a piece of land as the rich and black money holders dump their ill-gotten wealth by buying houses and commercial complexes which resulted in a spurt of real estate prices.
