This refers to the article, “Skeletons rattling, are Sonia, Rahul listeningIJ” (March 3) by Gautam Mukherjee. The presiding officer of the two Houses should enforce a ruling which says that any member who comes into the well of Parliament and/or who makes unreasonable noise in Parliament, will be debarred from entering the House for the rest of the term. Also, there should be radio/TV channels in the country to project the BJP (nationalist) point of view and counter the incessant propaganda of a section of the English media.
