Sir — This refers to the article, “For once, let us follow the Italian example” (May 10) by A Surya Prakash. The need of hour is to involve more people from the courts, Parliament and other respectable fields to make sure that India’s interests are taken care of and nobody takes bribe. Political parties need funds to survive and to win elections. So, let us encourage people to donate to political parties and mention it in their tax returns.
