Sir — It was disheartening to note that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, at his Delhi rally, indirectly attacked Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal, by saying that anarchists should join the Maoists in the jungle. He not only ridiculed dharnas and strikes but also labelled people who resort to such democratic means as being against growth and governance. Mr Modi should remember that dissent is the highest form of democracy.
