The launch has not only eroded huge market capitalisation of rival telcom players, but the aggressive offers would have taken them completely off guard.
By making voice calls free of cost forever, and offering low data tariffs, Industrialist Mukesh Ambani has re-defined the telecom market. The communication sector is fast moving into a different direction and data usage is going to be a real game-changer in the near future as more is going to be less for the consumer.
