Sir — This refers to the editorial, “MCD result fact-check” (April 27). The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has time and again squarely blamed the EVMs for its dismal loss in elections. However, it appears that the AAP leaders have ignored the fact that if all the exit polls got the arithmetic perfectly right, the EVMs could not be faulted. Is it their case that all the voters did press the AAP button, but orally lied to the exit pollsters that they voted for the BJPIJ logic in its most absurd form! They must shed their blinkers and get on with their jobs.
