Sir — This refers to the report, “Passage of Delhi lokpal will be AAP’s real acid test” (February 5). In a hurry to fulfil its electoral promises, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his Cabinet have been acting against constitutional provisions and procedures, which they have assured to uphold.
If the party is really interested in passing a tough lokpal Bill, it should follow the laid down constitutional process.
