Sir — This refers to the article, “Skilling India’s skewed workforce” (October 2) by Sudip Bhattacharyya. The sad part is that ever since the launch of the SANKAlP scheme, provisions remains on paper. Thanks to bureaucrats, who strive hard to make it complicated and unimplementable. Funds are not released on time and, hence, people have to run from pillar to post to get their money. The existing policies are fine, but must be implemented in earnest.
