Credibility lost

NS Rajan

Sir — This refers to the report, “Deal was for Kejriwal’s brother-in-law: Mishra” (May 9). With every successive step taken on this scandalous episode, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has only cornered his party, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). After dithering over days and allowing the genie to escape from the bottle, the suspension of Kapil Mishra has brought more trouble to his party.

The irrefutable reality is that Kejriwal has lost credibility and all that he says and does now fails to either carry conviction or  instil confidence. His remarks look like knee-jerk reactions to situations, rather than considered and mature responses. This is a sure path to self-destruction.
