Sir — This refers to the article, “Neta, media disconnect with people’s mood” (December 5) by Balbir Punj. I am surprised that the writer blames ‘journalists’ for letting their prejudice come in way of neutral reporting. It is more likely that the bias in reporting is the policy of the channel or the newspaper and the journalists have to simply fall in line — in the US, as well as in India and in most countries. Why the media push a certain agenda, needs to be further investigated.
