Sir — This refers to the editorial, “India’s Nepal Dilemma” (November 4). Nepal has been a hotbed of anti-India activities for several years, due to the flawed foreign policies that the Congress Governments pursued for many years. The gameplan of India’s enemies in Nepal is clear: Foment unrest by discriminating against the Madhesis and the people of the Terai region in general, and then blame India for it.
