Prime Minister Narendra Modi is correct in saying that party differences should not come in the way of nationwide development. BJP leaders and workers in West Bengal and Tamil Nadu should not antagonise the ruling parties of these States and instead cooperate with local authorities. The two States also have large representations in Parliament, and the BJP should keep them in good humour.
