Sir — This refers to the article, “Ghost employees and vanishing finances” (January 26) by Joginder Singh. The procedures for sending the absentee list to the administration and finance departments every month, and not issuing salary for any period of leave that has not been granted, already exist. But it seems like they aren’t being followed.
