The comment can be taken in two ways: Either the CPI(M) is envious and is complimenting the BJP for its superior political craft, or it is accusing the BJP of manipulating the entire Indian voting public into voting for the party.
Is the BJP responsible for the voter-turnoutIJ If so, the CPI(M) too could have prevailed upon the voters to come out in larger numbers and vote differently. But it is futile to expect logic from the communists of India.
