Stressing for the holistic development of the State, UP PWD Minister Shivpal Singh Yadav said that Samajwadi Party Government had initiated projects for all sections of the society particularly for the poor and the deprived section. “It is the Samajwadi Party that has brought castes like Dhangar, Pal and Baghel in Scheduled Caste category. This is done with an aim to bring them in the main stream of the society,” Yadav said while addressing a function In Mainpuri where he had gone to participate in the programme organised on occasion of Maharani Ahilya Bai Holkar Jayanti on Sunday. He said that the Government was working for the betterment of backwards and minorities. “We have launched schemes that would benefit improve education standard of the backwards, SC and religious minority,” he said.
