The VHP international president Pravin Togadia has sought approaching larger Bench of the Supreme Court and a new law be brought in Parliament to facilitate construction of Ram temple at Ayodhya.
Togadia was reacting to the ruling of Supreme Court on Wednesday seeking senior figures of ruling Bharatiya Janata Party, including lK Advani, Uma Bharati, Murli Manohar Joshi, be tried for criminal conspiracy over the destruction of a 16th Century mosque. The court has said that the trial must conclude within two years.
“lakhs had reached Ayodhya and lakhs do not reach a place on the word of one person. It cannot be a conspiracy,” he told mediapersons on Wednesday, demanding that Central Government must approach Supreme Court.
