The Samajwadi Party has suspended its State-wide demonstration against Uttar Pradesh Government on August 20.
The party has suspended its stir in view of the seven-day state mourning following the demise of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee on Thursday.
Samajwadi Party spokesperson Rajendra Chowdhary said in lucknow on Friday that a fresh date of the agitation would be announced later.
