The Bengal BJP on Monday expressed deep shock at the demise of senior leader and former Union Minister Tapan Sikdar who passed away in a Delhi hospital after a prolonged illness. In a statement State BJP president Rahul Sinha said Sikdar’s death would cause an “unbearable loss” to the party’s cause in Bengal.
