In a fresh revelation, a 27-year-old serial rape and murder offender confessed his involvement in over 28 such cases in Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. The investigators have surprised on the daily new revelations made by the accused in their custody. Police are now planning to conduct brain mapping test on Ravinder Kumar, who was arrested for raping and murdering a minor girl in outer Delhi’s Begumpur area.
Raninder said he was involved in around 28 such cases. Sources said he had committed all the crimes in Delhi, western UP and Haryana.
Delhi Police on Saturday claimed that Ravinder was involved at least more than 15 cases in which he raped or sodomized the victims before killing them.
