Saradha Group CMD Sudipta Sen used to shell out $44,000 to a concern at Boston to maintain the server of the Group, the police say.

Stumbling upon this sensitive information on the modus operandi of Sen, the Bengal Police is planning to seek the help of Interpol to extract more information from the server, senior officials interrogating him said.

“Cracking of this mystery could bring to light many more information on the Group and its shady ways as also the modus operandi of other chit-fund companies that are operating in Bengal and India,” the official said.

Police also said that Sen was planning to invest in the Middle-East apart from western India. “We are still not sure which country he was trying to spread his tentacles to it is sure that he was planning to go Middle East apart” the officer said adding he was also planning to start his business afresh in western India as his market had come to saturation in Bengal.
