Jammu & Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed condemned the assault on well-known political analyst, Sudheendra Kulkarni, in Mumbai, ahead of a function to launch book authored by former Pakistan Foreign Minister Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri.
Terming the attack on Kulkarni as unfortunate, Mufti Sayeed said the hawkish attitude of certain fringe elements could not be allowed to shrink the space for freedom of expression. He said politics of hate had no place in a country like India.
