Peeved over alleged anti-national activities on the JNU campus, the National Coordination Committee of Associations of retired paramilitary personnel will take out a march on February 25 from India Gate to Vijay Chowk to condemn the campus incident.

The peace march aims to show solidarity in the fight against anti-national elements and condemn the reported anti-national incidents at JNU campus.

“We are deeply hurt by the recent anti-national activities which took place in JNU campus here. As patriotic citizens of the country, we are holding a peace march on Thursday from India Gate to Vijay Chowk,” said Chairman of the National Coordination Committee of Ex-Central Paramilitary Forces Personnel Welfare Associations VPS Panwar.

Elaborating further, Panwar said, “lot resentment has generated amongst general public, security forces and common citizens due to recently reported unwanted and anti-national activities inside JNU campus. The NCC of ex CPMF personnel associations feels that keeping away from political parties, we must yet show our solidarity in fight against anti-national elements and must strongly condemn such activities in university campuses like the one reported from JNU.”
