Samajwadi Party president Mulaym Singh Yadav on Wednesday asked the Modi Government to provide enough incentives to farmers and poor. He wondered whether employment opportunities have increased in the last 18 months of the Modi-rule. Speaking on the motion of thanks to the President’s address, the SP leader said the Government needs to take major steps for socially and economically backward sections of the society.
The SP leader said the Government has not kept its promise made during polls and large scale unemployment needs to be tackled. He expressed his unhappiness for what he said half-measures for bettering conditions of poor in the country. Referring to the security aspects, he said China has been on the offensive and as Prime Minister visited the country borders were violated.
