K Ravinder Reddy, the 4the additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge and the judge of NIA had created a stir in legal circles by submitting his resignation within hours of delivering his judgement on April 16 but acting Chief Justice of Hyderabad High Court rejected the resignation. As his leave application was also rejected he resumed his duties yesterday. But soon afterwards he applied for VRS.
But according to the sources in High Court registry his VRS application has also been returned as it was not in proper format. The judge is due to retire in two months.
