Virtually facing a gag order before BJP and JD (U) snapped their ties last month Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi will be interacting with 1,500 BJP leaders and workers through teleconferencing on Saturday.

BJP general secretary and in charge of Bihar affairs, Dharmendra Pradhan told newspersons in Panta on Friday that Modi will be interacting with party leaders and workers in three separate sessions. Each session will comprise 500 State party representatives and duration of each session would be 15 minutes. The teleconferencing between Modi and BJP leaders and workers would be organised from 6 pm to 7 pm

Out of 500 leaders and workers, five of them could ask questions from Narnendra Modi on behalf of their respective groups. Presidents of BJP units at panchayat level, block level and district level in addition to office bearers of State party executive and heads of various fronts of State BJP will participate in the teleconferencing session.

Narendra Modi will interact with the BJP workers to know and also assess the level of preparation being made at the organisational level before the 2014 lok Sabha elections. Narendra Modi, who holds views that the BJP had made great sacrifices for keeping the alliance with the JD (U) intact all these years, will also exchange ideas on the BJP’s ideology during his  interaction with the BJP leaders of the State.

“Modi is not just a campaigner but also an organiser and a strategist,” Pradhan remarked while adding that Modi will “charge up” State BJP leaders and workers in run up to the general election. Modi is also scheduled to address the State BJP’s ‘Hoonkar Rally’ in Patna on October 27.
