Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP president Amit Shah will hand over “Asthi kalash” (urns) of former Prime Minister late Atal Bihari Vajpayee to all State BJP Chiefs on Wednesday morning to be immersed in the respective State rivers after taking “Atal Kalash Yatra”.
The “Atal Kalash Yatra’ would be held from State Capital to the level of ‘Talukas’ in each State, according to a statement issued by the party.
The urns would be handed over to State heads personally at 11, Ashoka Road, the erstwhile BJP head office which has been turned into ‘war room’ by the party for 2019 polls.
All State BJP units would be organising “Shradhanjalis”, the party said.
The urns would be immersed to respective rivers after “Atal Kalash Yatras”, it said.
