A 22-year-old BPO executive, who was arrested by the Crime Branch of the Delhi Police, has alleged that her employer raped her on several occasions, tortured and harassed her on the pretext of marrying her. The victim had lodged an FIR against the employer on January 15. After five days, she, along with her boyfriend and friends, were arrested for allegedly kidnapping the employer against whom she had lodged a rape case.

The victim claimed that the accused had staged his kidnapping and implicated them in a false case of kidnapping. The victim claimed that her employer also made a pornographic video and threatened to upload it on the internet if she informed anyone about this matter.

"The victim, a native of Dehradun told the police that she was hired in the company by one Saurabh Ahuja and was raped in a hotel room on her first official visit to Delhi," a senior police officer said.

After raping the victim, the accused started ignoring her and told her that he does not want to associate with her. On the basis of victim's complaint, police have registered a case of rape and criminal intimidation against the accused and the investigation in the matter is on.
