The Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (Prajatantrik) on Monday said it was keen for a political tie-up with the Aam Admi Party (AAP) in the State and dismissed reports that it was a one-sided effort by the JVM.

“The common agenda of both JVM and AAP is anti-corruption. So we welcome talks between the two parties,” JVM’s principal general secretary Pradip Yadav told a news conference here.

Claiming he had “political discussions” with the AAP’s top level leadership, Kumar disagreed to a query that AAP had reportedly said it was JVM’s one-sided effort.

“Who said it, tell me one name... I spoke to the top leadership; at Prasantji’s (Bhusan) level,” Kumar, who was present at the press conference, retorted to the question.
