Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde on Monday said that the Ministry has started preparing the Cabinet note on bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh to create Telangana State and claiming that the process of preparing the note would finish within 20 days.
“After we finalise the Cabinet note, it will be sent to the law Ministry for legal vetting. I hope the note will be presented before the Cabinet within 20 days,” said Shinde.
