In an effort to be more tourist-friendly, Himachal Pradesh tourism which goes by its tagline ‘responsible tourism’ has launched an online SMS grievance system for tourists.
Tourism director Subhasish Panda on Friday said the Department of Tourism and Civil Aviation had launched online SMS grievance system to provide a sense of security and timely help to the tourists coming to the State.
