Irked over the UP Government's decision to get recruitments made during Samajwadi Party (SP) regime probed by Central Investigation Bureau (CBI), former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav said the BJP wanted to scare rivals like they did with RJD chief lalu Prasad.
Yadav was speaking at the Budget discussion in legislative Council on Wednesday and charged that the focus of the BJP Government was on CBI probe. He said that the Government has ordered a CBI probe in Gomti Riverfront project and now the central agency is set to investigate recruitments done during SP regime.
Thee SP chief said that the BJP initiated CBI probe against lalu Yadav in Bihar as the latter raised some questions about the ruling party. Claiming that his Government gave jobs to unemployed like never before, Yadav said that the BJP Government shelved the process. He reminded that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had promised jobs to 2 crore youths every year and he should come clean on how many jobs did his Government provided.
