Greater Noida police on Sunday arrested four people – including two women —for allegedly running sex racket business in Greater Noida area. However, the mastermind woman, identified as Annu of Sector-92 and wife of a doctor working in ESI hospital, is yet to be arrest.

On a tip-off, a team of Greater Noida police raided the two flats of Kashi Ram Awash in Pai sector of Kasana on Sunday afternoon where four people — including two women and two brokers — were detained. During interrogating, it was revealed that both women, who hail from Trilokpuri, were involved in sex business in Greater Noida.

However, police said the two youth, identified as Satyam Duve of Kanpur and Sajal of Bareilly, were working as brokers. They used to bring young girls from Delhi by paying them `40000 per month and lived along with them to bring customers and provide protection. They usually target the students studying in the engineering and business institutes of Greater Noida.

Anil Kumar, Station House Officer of Kasana police station, Greater Noida said, “They had taken two flats on rent in Kashi Ram Awash since four months where these immoral activities were being conducted. Duo brokers walked around the private colleges of Greater Noida and then booked costumers by taking `1000 to 2000 from them.”

He said, “All the four accused have been arrested under Immoral Trafficking (Women) and Prevention Act. A police team has been formed to arrest the mastermind woman.”
