Gujarat’s Chief Election Officer Anita Karwal on Friday said that an FIR was lodged against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal.
Employee of Samkhiali toll plaza in Kutch district, Dipendrasinh Tomar had filed a complaint against car drivers of the AAP convoy pertaining to non-payment of toll tax on March 6, 2014. According to complainant the convoy of around 15 vehicles (cars and Jeep) passed through toll plaza without paying too which was violation of NHAI’s notification.
