The Delhi High Court on Wednesday refused to entertain a public interest litigation (PIL) seeking a “community fine” from the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) for the disruption caused to the general public during the recent protests against Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar.

The court said that since similar issues are pending before the Supreme Court, the petitioner may approach the apex court.
