In a high-impact joint action on 23 October at the designated SoO Sinai Camp (KNO/KNA & KNO/KLA), CRPF’s QAT and elite CoBRA units, working with Manipur Police, exposed 17 individuals (8 KNA+9 KLA) posing as registered cadres with fake identities. Police arrested all 17 on the spot.
Major haul: 24 firearms, 38 magazines, large quantities of ammunition, explosives, wireless sets and other combat gear seized. FIR registered under BNS, Arms Act, Wireless Telegraphy Act and Explosive Substances Act; accused remanded to 8 days’ police custody.
