Congress will take the battle over a controversial anti-terror law passed by Gujarat Assembly to the Rashtrapati Bhavan on Saturday by urging President Pranab Mukherjee not to give his nod to the measure which has failed to get Presidential assent thrice. A delegation of party leaders from the State, including PCC Chief Bharatsinh Solanki and Opposition leader Shankersinh Vaghela as also all party MlAs, will be meeting the President to plead against the Bill.
