The Supreme Court bench monitoring the 2G cases on Thursday sought response of CBI and Centre on a petition filed by DMK MP Kanimozhi for quashing the charge sheet in the 2G scam against her.
The court also decided to hear on August 7 petitions by Reliance Telecommunications limited and other accused in the 2G case challenging the SC order barring them from appealing against the 2G trial court’s order before any court other than the apex bench monitoring the cases.
