Gujarat’s first female Chief Minister Anandiben Patel said that upcoming by-elections will be a test for her during a women’s convention at Deesa on Tuesday.
Referring to the recent victory of BJP in Junagadh Municipal Corporation (JMC) elections, Patel said that she passed in one test, now she is appearing for even bigger examination — bypolls of nine Assembly seats and Vadodara lok Sabha constituency. “We need to ensure Narendrabhai that, may it be panchayat or the lok Sabha polls, we BJP workers would try to give 100 per cent result in Gujarat,” she said.
