BSES organised Aapke Dwar – Solar Awareness Program in Malviya Nagar, bringing the benefits of solar energy and consumer services directly to the community. Residents from Malviya Nagar, Safdarjung Enclave, Hauz Khas, Green Park, adjoining areas and the Malviya Nagar constituency participated in large numbers, reflecting Delhi’s strong resolve to embrace sustainability. Senior BRPL officials-led by CEO Abhishek Ranjan, actively participated in the program, which was graced by Bansuri Swaraj, Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha) and Satish Upadhyay, MLA, Malviya Nagar Constituency, as chief guests.  Their presence gives further momentum to the campaign promoting rooftop solar adoption and consumer empowerment. The initiative showcased the benefits of the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana and the Delhi Solar Policy, inspiring households to switch to rooftop solar, reduce electricity bills, and benefit from Government subsidies. At the same time, the BSES Aapke Dwar program served as a comprehensive one-stop consumer service hub, enabling citizens to register solar connections, benefit from the Delhi Mukhyamantri Streetlight Yojana, resolve billing  and metering issues, address load and  category changes, explore energy conservation and appliance replacement schemes and connect with customer care.
