Hitting out at his party leadership once again, disgruntled BJP MP Nana Patole said on Monday that the Governments in Maharashtra and at the Centre were both "blind" and "deaf" to the needs of the people, and dared party to initiate disciplinary action against him.

Talking to media persons at Kolhapur in western Maharashtra where he was attending a convention of the Panchal community, Patole charged that the ruling BJP in the State and at the Centre had failed to deliver on its promises made during the 2014 lok Sabha and Assembly elections.

"The people elected the BJP to power with a majority. But the ruling party has failed to deliver on its promises made to the people before the elections. .. The Fadnavis Government in the State had announced farm loan waiver. But, the state government is itself walking into a debt trap,” He said.
