Association for Protection of Democratic Rights (APDR) on Monday moved the West Bengal Human Rights Commissions seeking action against Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee for advising the people of the State to smoke more cigarettes in order to contribute to the relief fund created by her to compensate the investors of chit fund scam.
