With an aim to attract private players to invest in Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav will showcase ‘Brand UP’ before galaxy of industry captains and top investors here in the investment meet to be held on Thursday.
“In this meet Uttar Pradesh would be projected as land of Unlimited Potential where Government would play the role of felicitator and provide all facilities under single window system,” a senior official told The Pioneer here.
He said all who matters in India Inc would be attending the investors’ meet. “This meet would focus on infrastructure development in all sectors including roads, power, health and education. We will invite private players to invest in these sectors,” he said. “Special focus would be on Agra-lucknow expressway and development of agro-industry across this highway,” he said.
Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav will address the investors and showcase UP’s potential. In his address he is likely to focus on his Government’s achievements in improving infrastructure including road and power. He is also likely to talk about how big industry houses have reposed faith on UP and had invested in this State.
