Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has asked the District Magistrates to initiate stringent action against officials for not taking prompt action against complaints received on the Tehsil Diwas.
The CM has directed the DMs of Allahabad, Gorakhpur, Kanpur city, Sonebhadra and Mathura to initiate strict action against the Sub-Divisional Magistrates for not solving the complaints of the people even after a month’s duration.
“It seems the SDMs are not taking interest in solving problems of the people. This is not good sign,” Yadav said in a statement issued here on Tuesday.
