HC verdict ON Jaya’S appeal on Monday
Bengaluru: The Karnataka High Court will pronounce on May 11 its verdict on the appeals filed by former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa and three others challenging their conviction by the trial court in the disproportionate assets case.
YOUTH STABBED TO DEATH IN REVENGE ATTACK
New Delhi: A 16-year-old boy was stabbed to death in front of his mother by a youth who wanted to take revenge for being attacked. The accused was beaten by the younger brother of the deceased and he wanted to take revenge. The incident happened on Wednesday late night at a in South Delhi's Neb Sarai area. Police have arrested the accused who confessed to the crime.

Son of Gzb transporter returns home
Ghaziabad: The kidnapped son of a Ghaziabad transporter has returned on his own after 60 hours in captivity of kidnappers. He was missing since May 5. Vivek Tyagi (32), who returned home at 3 pm on Friday, told his parents that the kidnappers had snatched his pistol, wallet containing cash and credit cards, mobile phone, wrist watch, gold chain and a gold ring.
Sahara to pay remaining amount FOR Roy's bail
New Delhi: Sahara Group on Friday said that it was ready to pay the remaining amount to ensure the release of its Chief Subrato Roy, who has been in jail for non-refund of over Rs20,000 crore to depositors. The company said that it will pay the entire bail amount by next week.
