Gujarat to get cheaper Compressed natural gas
Gandhinagar: In a major relief to nearly CNG users in Gujarat, the State Government’s PSU Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation limited (GSPC) has decided to reduce Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) prices by `10.10 per kg.
3 held for minor girl’s gang-rape in hyderabad
Hyderabad: In a shocking replay of Nirbhaya rape incident in New Delhi last year, a Class X student was gang-raped in a moving vehicle in Hyderabad. The police have identified four minor perpetrators of the crime who lured the 14-year-old girl from her home and raped her in a vehicle. Three of them have been taken in to custody and were being questioned by the police.
Narayan Sai remanded in 14-day judicial custody
Surat: Self-styled godman Asaram’s son Narayan Sai was on Thursday remanded in
14-day judicial custody by a local court in a rape case filed against him by one of the two Surat-based sisters. Chief Judicial Magistrate Jatin Thakkar sent Sai to judicial custody till January 2.
