The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Saturday said it has arrested Babulal Katara, Member of Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) and Anil Kumar Meena aka Sher Singh Meena under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act in the Paper Leak case of Rajasthan.
Katara and Meena were produced before the Special Court of PMLA, Jaipur and the court granted the custody of the two accused to ED custody for three days.
The ED initiated investigation on the basis of FIRs/charge-sheets registered/filed by Rajasthan Police, under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) against Katara, Meena and other related persons.
“The investigation revealed that Babulal Katara, RPSC Member, leaked the question paper of General Knowledge of Senior Teacher Grade II Competitive Examination, 2022 to be conducted by RPSC on 21.12.2022, 22.12.2022 and 24.12.2022 at various places in Rajasthan and sold it to Anil Kumar Meena AKA Sher Singh Meena.
