The song, "Tu Mil Jaye", is composed by Sachin-Jigar and sung by Arijit Singh and Madhubanti Bagchi, with an English rap by Ed Sheeran.

"Yeh Daur Ishq ka Naseeb Waalon ko milta hai... Jahan Barood ki Khushboo mein Gulab khilta hai," Khan wrote in the caption, adding that the song was out now and the film would release on December 24.

The track opens with the actor saying, "Main katil nahi, aashiq hoon, nishana meri masooqa," and moves through dance and action sequences before closing on another line: "Aur iss baar dil mein aag lagi hai, toh duniya jalaye bina maanega nahi."

"King" is produced by Red Chillies Entertainment with Marflix Pictures and directed by Siddharth Anand, who worked with Khan on "Pathaan". It also stars Suhana Khan and Abhishek Bachchan.

It marks Khan's return to the screen after three years. He had three releases in 2023: "Pathaan", "Jawan" and "Dunki".
