Water supply would be affected in parts of the national Capital on Wednesday due to flushing of underground reservoir and booster pumping station and some other maintenance work being carried out by the Delhi Jal Board (DJB).
Areas where supply would not be available or available at low pressure are Sector B-I Vasant Kunj, Chattarpur, Malviya Nagar and adjoining area, Asiad Village, Bharthal Village, Dwarka, Nasirpur, Palam, Mahabir Enclave, Sagarpur Sector-1, Sector-7, Sector-9 Manglapuri Indrapark, 328 LIG Pkt.6 Plot No.2 Nasirpur, 280 MIG Pkt.6 Plot No.3 Nasirpur, B1A Block Janakpuri, 112 LIG Hari Nagar, 332 LIG Rajouri Garden, Dushagra Area, OKL 32,33,34 Block West Patel Nagar, 552 Slum Qtr.Madipur, A-J Block Shalimar Bagh, D-15 Sector-7 Rohini, Mukanpur, Jharodakalan area, Patparganj Society, east & West Vinod Nagar, Gazipur Village.
The Board has also advised to store sufficient quantity of water in advance as per their requirement to avoid any inconvenience, DJP said in a statement.
