Over a 100 hoardings will come up within the next 24 hours,” Kohli told The Pioneer. Meanwhile, Harsh Vardhan on Friday began campaigning in the Capital. He visited several rural areas in Matiala Assembly constituency and promised villagers all basic amenities if the BJP was voted to power.
“More than half the city is situated on the village land but it is unfortunate that the villages have always been neglected by the Congress. Not only do they lack basic facilities but they are also isolated from rest of the Capital. The BJP will ensure development of villages at par with urban pockets,” said Harsh Vardhan.
