Sibal tears into AAP for Delhi's political instability

Staff Reporter

With the polling day in Delhi inching closer, Union Minister and Congress candidate from Chandni Chowk, Kapil Sibal intensified his attack on the Aam Aadmi Party saying it was responsible for the political instability in the Capital. Addressing a gathering at Chandni Chowk, Sibal said the Congress had supported the AAP keeping in view the development of the city, but the Arvind Kejriwal-led party used it to spread anarchy.

“The AAP had no interest in running the Government and addressing the problems of the people. It was more eager to interfere into the business of other parties. But the party and its leaders have been exposed now,” he said. Sibal also attacked the BJP saying it had nothing to do with the problems of common people. He said the BJP leaders are indulged in a never-ending fight over the prime ministerial post.
